Pre-Approval / Approval of Repairs
When you drop your vehicle off for repairs, we will ask you to fill out and sign a Service Consent Form. The Service Consent Form tells our technicians what work your unit requires, in your own words. It also provides you, the customer, with the opportunity to request an estimate for the cost of repairs to your unit.

Checking the Status of Your Vehicle
Due to the high volume of calls we receive, we urge you not to call to check on the status of your unit unless we have left a message asking you to do so. We will call when your repairs are complete.
